ICICI Pru AMC close to get approval for ₹10K-cr IPO

ICICl PRUDENTIAL ASSET Management (AMC) is close to securing an approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to go public, sources said.

Sebi has signalled that it will grant approval in the coming days, sources said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. The company has started preliminary discussions with prospective investors and is aiming to launch the offering next month.
