Groww IPO booked 57% on first day

THE INITIAL PUBLIC offering of Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of stock broking firm Groww, garnered 57% subscription on the first day of the share sale on Tuesday.

The firm’s IPO received bids for 20,62,53,000 shares, against 36,47,76,528 shares on offer, as per data available with the NSE.

The retail investors’ quota got fully subscribed, garnering 1.91 times subscription, while the category meant for non-institutional investors received 59% subscription. The qualified institutional buyers part received 10% subscription.
