June 03, 2025

INFOSYS CHIEF EXECUTIVE officer (CEO) Salil Parekh's annual compensation rose by 22% to ₹80.6 crore for FY25, according to the company's annual report.

The increase was primarily driven by a higher number of restricted stock units (RSUs) exercised by Parekh during the year. RSUs are a form of equity compensation offered by the company. Parekh's payout in FY24 stood at ₹66 crore. In comparison, his remuneration in FY23 dropped to ₹56 crore from ₹71 crore in FY22.
