A FIFTH person has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in a garden in Exmouth.
The 26-year-old man from Exmouth was taken into custody by police on Monday.
The 24-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in Exmouth was named in court last week as Denva Smith, as his four alleged killers appeared to face murder charges.
A hearing at Exeter Magistrates' Court heard that three men aged 23, and one aged 24, have been charged with the murder of Mr Smith, 24, on Saturday, May 31.
