ANEW road junction has opened on the outskirts of Exeter, although not all drivers are happy with it.

The new section of Chudleigh Road in Exeter has now opened
The 390 metres of new road connecting Chudleigh Road to the A379 near the Devon Hotel has replaced the established junction, which will be closed to cars and grassed over.
