ANDY ARRIVES IN FRENCH CAPITAL AND SAYS IT WILL BE HIS SWANSONG
ANDY MURRAY today confirmed the Paris Olympics will be his last competitive outing on court.
Murray has long earmarked both Wimbledon and the summer Games as his swansong from the sport, at the age of 37.
Failure to recover from surgery to remove a cyst on his back denied him a chance for a final singles outing at Wimbledon, instead playing alongside brother Jamie in the men’s doubles before an emotional postmatch farewell (right).
