Horror on school run as girl, 15, is stabbed to death

A 15-YEAR-OLD girl was stabbed to death in south London as pupils made their way to school this morning.
Police were called at about 8.30am to reports of a teenager being knifed on Wellesley Road in the centre of Croydon. Despite the efforts of the emergency services, she died at the scene less than an hour later.
Early reports said she was wearing a green school uniform and had been on a double decker bus at the time of the attack.
