Fit-again Archer makes England ODI tour

JOFRA ARCHER is in line for his first international appearance in almost two years, after being named in England's one-day squad for the series in South Africa in the new year.
Archer (right) last played for England in a T20 against India in March 2021 and has been beset by back and elbow injuries since.
The fast bowler took part in a training camp with the Lions in the UAE last month as part of his rehab and featured in a warm-up game against the Test side.
He is due to make his return to competitive action next month for MI Cape
Town in South Africa's new T20 franchise tournament, the SA 20.
