"Support Our Paras" is the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces Charity that supports all Airborne soldiers, veterans, their families and the heritage of this unique and special Regiment.

Its work and effort commences by supporting serving soldiers from the day they pass P-Company the Regiment's demanding selection process and earn the coveted maroon beret to the day The Last Post is played.
Every Christmas, it's become a tradition for the charity to send a hamper to the Regiment's veterans in need.
