Imagine serving a life sentence after being wrongfully accused of murdering your own child, only to discover they may still be alive.

Netflix's latest Harlan Coben thriller will have you gripped

That is the situation David Burroughs finds himself in in Harlan Coben's gripping thriller, I Will Find You.

The new eight-part series, the latest television adaptation of Coben's work, stars Australian actor Sam Worthington as Burroughs, a man determined to uncover the truth about what really happened to his son.

Adapted by Robert Hull from Coben's 2023 novel of the same name, the series, which is set in the US, follows Burroughs as he embarks on a relentless quest for answers.

His search leads him out of prison and into a world of deceit, despair and long-buried secrets.

The cast also includes Britt Lower as Rachel Mills, Burroughs' former sister-in-law and a once-decorated investigative reporter, and Milo Ventimiglia as Hayden, Rachel's ex-boyfriend, who remains her close friend and confidant.

Coben, 64, has seen a number of his novels adapted into television series, including Run Away, starring Ruth Jones and James Nesbitt which was released on New Year's Day.

He says the team assembled for I Will Find You was an ideal one.

“This is a dream cast all the way through,” says the American writer.
