City ready to celebrate as Edinburgh Diwali turns 10

A decade of light, culture, and community will be celebrated next month as Edinburgh Diwali marks its tenth anniversary.
First held in 2015 as an initiative of the Lord Provost of Edinburgh and Indian diaspora, the festival has gone on to become one of the UK’s most prominent community Diwali celebration, attracting around 10,000 spectators to the parade and performances in Edinburgh's city centre.
