Warning to landlords after two drugs raids

DOZENS of cannabis plants have been uncovered by police after raiding two Derby properties in just three days.

Police were first called to an address in Pear Tree Street on Friday where they found a “home garden” after reports from local residents. Inside, more than 70 cannabis plants were discovered by police, who removed them from the address.

Two days later, on Sunday, police attended another home in nearby Young Street, Normanton, this time finding more than 100 plants.
