Woman killed in shooting

THE body of a 20-yearold woman was found with multiple gunshot wounds during the small hours of Sunday morning at Gatesville post office.

Police say she was attacked alongside he berk who also sustained gunshot wounds in the attack but survived and received treatment.

Athlone Police spokesperson Sergeant Zita Norman said that the shooting is gang-related as the 24-year-old is an alleged member of the American gang.

Norman reported: "SAPS Athlone was alerted to a shooting at Gatesville Post Office.
