Daily Voice
|September 25, 2025
PROTEAS coach Shukri Conrad has admitted that he is “very concerned” about Temba Bavuma’s chronic injury problems, and that the span needs to “be smarter” in the management of the Test and ODI captain's future in the buildup to the 2027 50-over World Cup.
Bavuma, 35, has suffered a vrag of injuries over the past couple of years, with his most recent calf strain ruling him out of next month's tour to Pakistan.
