Taxi bosses call rageful driver to turn himself in after stabbing motorist
CAPE taxi bosses are working with the South African Police Service to bring in the driver who was filmed viciously attacking a motorist.
Footage of the violent attack at the intersection of Canon and Voortrekker Road in Maitland on 26 June went viral on Wednesday.
The taxi driver, who is a member of the Cape Amalgamated Taxi Association (CATA), can be seen rukking a 48-year-old victim out of his vehicle.
The driver is seen getting on top of the man, pulls out an ou kappie and then stabs the man multiple times.
