THE community of Bellville South is mourning the horrific murder of a 79-year-old woman, who was beheaded, apparently by someone known to the family at her home Thursday night.
A 63-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the murder, which has sent shockwaves through the neighbourhood.
The suspect is expected to appear at the Bellville Magistrate's Court today, Monday, 23 March 2026.
