OG Cafe closed after two murders

THE popular eatery OG Cafe in Westgate, Mitchells Plain has been closed until further notice following two separate shootings over two days that rocked the dite joint after two mense were killed.

One of the co-owners, who does not want his name published, told the Daily Voice that they had to shut up shop following the incidents that occurred on 31 July and 1 August, which left two people dood and four injured.

Police spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk reported that police officials received a complaint of a shooting incident at the premises on Thursday. When cops arrived at the scence, they found a white VW Polo with the body of a male deceased inside after sustaining multiple gunshots and another injured.
