Dad-to-be stabbed to death after 'stopping a fight' in Scottsdene

THE community of Kraaifontein is reeling after a 21-year-old father-to-be and rugby player from Scottsdene Rugby Club was fatally stabbed during the early hours of Saturday morning.

Tributes have been pouring in on social media for the late Andre Brandon Rhode, known as Brandon, who lost his life when he was attacked by two men.

His aunt Rene Mattysen said that Brandon was at a kuier at the neighbour's house across from hers when another neighbour came under attack.

When Brandon tried to keer, the attackers stabbed him once in the back which led to his death.
