Mikel wants Emirates bearpit

MIKEL ARTETA has called on Arsenal's fans to bring some animal magic to their clash against Brentford tonight.

The Gunners failed to make their man advantage count against 10-man Chelsea at the weekend, coming away from Stamford Bridge with a 1-1 draw.

And as he gears up for a frenetic period of winter fixtures, both domestically and in the Champions League, manager Arteta called on the Arsenal faithful to bring plenty of noise tonight.

Describing the game against the Bees as “massive’, Arteta said: “That is an opportunity, tomorrow at 7.30pm, for everybody to be at the Emirates, bouncing and putting energy to win the game.

“That is the opportunity that we have, like animals, everybody at the Emirates, to go again and beat Brentford”
