VILLA CRY FOUL OVER SPURS SWITCH

ASTON VILLA claim there has been "clear prejudice" against them after they reluctantly accepted a fixture change against Tottenham.

Villa's football chiefs were upset last week after learning that Spurs were trying to move their clash at Villa Park.

The club was annoyed that extra consideration was being given to their opponents - and none to their own fans - as they again came down on the wrong side of the listings.

And Villa have argued once again that their supporters have been inconvenienced by the short notice period after the Premier League agreed to move the game forward by 48 hours.
