Ruben calls for bonding to spark bounce back

RUBEN AMORIM says he only wants players committed to Manchester United to help the team recover from their worst-ever Premier League season.

The manager left four players out of his US tour squad - Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia and Antony - after all expressed a desire to leave, while England striker Marcus Rashford has joined Barcelona on loan.

Against that backdrop, Amorim said it is vital for him and his players - including new signings Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo - to create a bond ahead of such an important season, having finished last term in 15th place.
