Strictly Gorka determined to stay in shape

STRICTLY dancer Gorka Márquez might not be a regular on the BBC series this year but he has clearly been staying in shape.

The Spaniard, 35, was not partnered with a celebrity for this series due to scheduling clashes with his judging role on the Spanish version of the show, Bailando con las Estrellas.

Gorka has opened up about the physical and mental discipline behind being a professional dancer and how he maintains his health with the help of his fiancée Gemma Atkinson in the December issue of Men’s Health.
