BRIGHTON have appointed an All Blacks coach as their new head of player development and high performance.

Mike Anthony, 54, spent 17 years with New Zealand Rugby in two spells in a range of senior performance roles.

The Kiwi previously worked in the UK as Gloucester's head of strength and conditioning from 2004-2008.
