Aristocrats booted in Lords shake-up

HEREDITARY peers will finally be booted out of the House of Lords in a shake-up of more than 700 years of Parliamentary history.

The change will strip the remaining 92 aristocrats of their automatic right to sit and vote in the upper chamber.
