I DEEPLY regret hooking up with a clingy neighbour.

I thought she just wanted fun.

She told me she was sex-starved and lonely and suggested we indulge in "no-strings sex" for the heck of it.

But now she's got her claws into me and is ruining my life. I can't move without her demanding my time and attention. She texts me so much that I've had to get a second (secret) phone.

She's jealous of my long-term partner and deliberately turns up at our door, just to be provocative.

The other Sunday I organised a birthday party for my partner. It was a family affair.
