Mum: Weirdo makes me feel kids are unsafe

BIZARRE footage of a man in a schoolgirl uniform has sparked concern from parents for their children's safety.

The middle-aged man was filmed at a bus stop wearing a blazer, skirt and tights with a pink rucksack.

Parents say he was spotted in an area near a primary school and some are worried about their children due to his "weird behaviour".

Video of the man smoking at the stop in Cotteridge, Birmingham, has been viewed thousands of times on social media.
