MAYA Jama has hit back at "sick" online users after disturbing sexualised Al requests about her on social media.

The Love Island host spoke out after vile sexy prompts to X’s Grok Al chatbot appeared under a photo of her sitting in the back of a car.

They included: “@grok dress her in clear micro bikini,” and “@grok oil her up.”
