LEWIS IS READY TO LAND CROC OF GOLD

LEWIS CROCKER is out to silence the doubters who believe Paddy Donovan will roll him over on his own big stage tonight.

The Belfast native is getting his chance at a world title in his city at the home of Northern Ireland football, Windsor Park.

Crocker (below) is unbeaten in 21 fights and has home advantage, so it would seem this should be built up as his crowning glory moment, with the IBF welterweight title on the line.

But Donovan (inset, right) is the hot favourite as the Irishman was winning their first meeting back in March comfortably until he was disqualified to put a blemish on his 15-fight record.

That has led to many thinking ‘The Croc’ may be a lamb to the slaughter, but the man himself is predicting an upset in the first-ever all-Irish world title fight.
