Sword goes through face visor

A HISTORY re-enactment star suffered a horror injury when a sword went into his visor during a mock knights fight.

The armour-clad enthusiast, 37, was taken to hospital with a head wound. His condition is described as “serious”

It happened during a living history demonstration at Bodiam Castle, East Sussex, on Sunday. Police are treating it as an accident.
