It's time for Lammy and co to stop blaming Tories

How pathetic does David Lammy sound trying to blame the prison service's mistakes on the previous Tory government? We're sick of hearing that over and over again as an excuse.

Taxes are going up while services are getting worse and now Ofwat have given permission for water companies to go ahead and raise prices again to fix leaks they have already had money for to do this yet failed and instead been given big bonuses to the bosses and shareholders.
