It's a case of giving myself a little more love and less running around like an idiot

WORKAHOLIC Eddie Howe has pledged that he won’t change his schedule despite his recent health scare.
And that means 6am starts and post-6pm finishes will remain the norm for one of football's most industrious managers.
But as he recovers from the bout of pneumonia that kept him away from the training ground for more than a fortnight, Howe has done some soul-searching.
And he has concluded that for all the care and attention he gives his players, and the family love he pours out to his wife and three boys, it's time he looked after No.1, too.
Asked if his work ethic will remain as fierce as ever, Howe said; “Yes, I think it will because I feel that’s what works best for me.
“Early starts, some kind of physical activity - and I am not there yet but I hope I will be - I do not envisage too much change.
