STUART PEARCE has sympathy for under-fire Nottingham Forest head coach Ange Postecoglou.

A seven-game winless start to his reign has left the Australian, who replaced Nuno Espirito Santo, under big pressure.

It remains to be seen how much time he will be given to try and turn things around but he is expected to hold talks with owner Evangelos Marinakis during this international break.
