Teen dynamo Jack owes big debt to Aussie ace Bevan

WIGAN'S Jack Farrimond goes into the biggest game of his career admitting Bevan French taught him to get serious.

The teenage halfback has delivered some eye-catching performances while Australian superstar French has been crocked.

But, if selected tonight, he will be tested more than ever before when the champions take on leaders Hull KR at a heaving Brick Community Stadium.

It is a game people have been talking about for weeks as Super League's top two slug it out in what could be a Grand Final dress rehearsal.

And Farrimond, whose dynamic running game bears a resemblance to the brilliant French, has been getting plenty of advice from his teammate

On the ex-Man of Steel's influence, the 19 year-old said: "It's massive.
