ANDREW Mountbatten Windsor could be in line for a £500,000 payout when he's evicted from Royal Lodge.

The disgraced royal, 65, may be due the payment from the Crown Estate as he is being forced to leave the 30-room mansion in Windsor earlier than expected.

He paid more than £8 million upfront to rent and renovate the property in 2003 when he moved in.

But the terms stated that he could claim some of the money back if he left within the first 25 years.
