Benjamin will play a major role

MANCHESTER UNITED director of football Jason Wilcox has defended Benjamin Sesko after Gary Neville claimed the forward looks “miles off it”.

Slovenia star Sesko became United's third major summer signing in attack when he joined from RB Leipzig for £74m.

It followed the arrivals of Matheus Cunha from Wolves and Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford.

Sesko, though, has so far failed to live up to the hype, only scoring twice in 11 games, leading to former United defender Neville to come down hard on him.
