WAYNE ROONEY would love the chance to return to management, believes former Manchester United first-team coach Rene Meulensteen.
Rooney's managerial career has seen him take charge of Derby County, D.C. United, Birmingham City and, most recently, Plymouth Argyle.
But former England ace Rooney (below) left Argyle by mutual agreement at the end of last year and has moved into TV punditry.
