Cook wants more names on his list

SAM COOK will aim to add a few more names to his special little black book if, as expected, he makes his Test debut in Nottingham.

The Essex star, who has been knocking on the door of the England team for a while now, is lined up to finally get his big chance in the one-off clash with Zimbabwe, starting on Thursday.

Cook, 27, has forced his way into the Test firing line for the Trent Bridge clash by becoming one of county cricket's most prolific wickettakers - the bowler has taken 318 first-class wickets at a decent 19.77 average.
