Wilson: It's mad more Champ kids not picked

MARK WILSON insists it's “mad” more kids lighting up the Championship – including his own clubs – aren't being drafted into the Scotland fold.

Partick Thistle face Airdrie tonight before Ben McPherson, on loan from Celtic, heads off as the sole Jag in the Under-21s.

Dunfermline centre-back Jeremiah Chilokoa-Mullen, St Johnstone winger Taylor Steven and Hoops midfielder Kyle Ure, on loan at Ayr, will join him for Euro qualifiers against Gibraltar and Bulgaria.

Pars’ Andrew Tod, with 10 goals, is left out along with Firhill midfielder Ben Stanway. Tsoanelo Letsosa, called up for the last camp, didn't make the cut.
