Writing for us last month, culture minister Ian Murray made four clear pledges campaigners now want to see nailed down by the Prime Minister.

Murray wrote: "First, we will cap resale prices.

"No more outrageous markups of 500 per cent or 1000 per cent.

"We are examining a range of options, from face value to a reasonable uplift, as Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy MP has already said.
