But under his expert leadership, they've celebrated back-to-back promotions to reclaim a slot in the top flight.

Now they're looking up after escaping the drop zone with their stunning point against Rangers.

And McGlynn admits he's been bowled over after seeing his side go toe-to-toe with Russell Martin's £40million Light Blues.
