New Dons winger has scary potential says former boss

NICOLAS MILANOVIC’S potential has been described as scary and his move to Aberdeen can be the next step in his rise to the very top.

That is the view of his former Western Sydney Wanderers’ assistant coach Nahuel Arrarte.

The Dons made the move to make the A-League player of the year their first signing of the summer in a deal worth around £400,000. Arrarte saw the 23-year-old winger shine Down Under and thinks he has the undoubted talents to go on and spook defences in the Scottish Premiership.

The Argentinian stated: “Nicolas is an exciting player. “He is a young kid who loves to run at players, he is exciting to watch and has come through over the last 18 months.

“He has taken his game to another level. Nicolas backs himself in front of goal and isn't afraid to take on opponents. He was the player of the year. He had an excellent season.

“He is a good kid, he is willing to learn and he has so much more potential to unlock. He can grow as a player and I still believe there is a lot more for him to come.
