Sheku inquiry chair refuses calls to quit

THE chairman of the Sheku Bayoh Inquiry has refused to quit, saying there was no possibility he was biased.
A hearing ordered by Lord Bracadale was held in June after he revealed he has met Sheku's family five times during the inquiry.
Dad-of-two Sheku, 31, died after he was restrained by about six cops in Kirkcaldy, on May 3, 2015.
