THE millionaire banker hand-picked to lead Reform in Scotland has refused to say how many houses he owns.
Lord Malcolm Offord, who bought a £1.6million country estate without a mortgage, said he would not be drawn on his property ownership as he also dragged his heels on publishing his tax return.
Baron Offord of Garvel, a former Tory peer, defected to Reform and was chosen by Nigel Farage this week to lead the party in Scotland.
The financier will be the face of Reform during May's Holyrood election. However, he is already being dogged by questions over transparency and the extent of his wealth.
