Nancy needs time, like I did, to adapt to our chaos

JEREMY BOKILA can appreciate Wilfried Nancy shuddering at a Scottish football culture shock.

The nomadic Livingston striker thought he'd seen it all after playing in eight different countries including Turkey, Netherlands, Romania, Russia, China and the USA.

But the game here is a different deal altogether, according to the 37-year-old.

And Bokila's spell at Oakland Roots tells him Nancy's switch straight from the States to Scotland is a chalk-and-cheese change.

"It's very different here compared to football in America," said Bokila, who played in USL in 2021.
