Littler the youngest world No.1 in history

LUKE LITTLER achieved another landmark in his amazing career yesterday when he became darts' youngest world No 1 - then won the Grand Slam.

The 18-year-old’s place at the top of the rankings has seemingly been a foregone conclusion ever since he burst on to the scene with his record-breaking run to the final of the 2024 World Championship.

He became the youngest world champ a year later and is now officially the best player in the world, overhauling rival Luke Humphries at the summit.
