Boss Rohl reveals his troops are 'on fire' but warned derby will be won with hot hearts AND smart minds
THERE'S always a cool, calm and collected vibe about Danny Rohl.
The way he speaks, the way he acts - at times it feels like he's got ice running through his veins.
But if you really listen to the Rangers boss, you can detect underneath that composed exterior a burning desire to succeed.
And even though he's only been in Glasgow a matter of months, you get the feeling that powderkeg derby games against Celtic are what ignite his flame.
He's already won one, of course, pulling off a stunning 3-1 victory at Parkhead in January.
And ahead of Sunday's critical Premiership clash at Ibrox, Rohl is heating up again.
He says his players are on FIRE as they prepare to welcome Martin O'Neill's side to Govan.
Defeat for either boss will surely end their hopes of becoming champions, irrespective of what they say in public.
And Rohl is adamant Rangers are ready to secure a statement win over Celtic and all but knock them out of contention.
He wants his players to be highly charged and highly motivated going into it. But at the same time, the German coach wants them to play with their heads as much as their feet tomorrow.
Rohl said: "Yeah, we are ready.
During this week we've spoken a lot about this game. When you're a manager and you have the chance to play at home in this kind of game, you are on fire.
