A RUSSIAN spy crew that aimed a laser at RAF pilots was secretly collecting data to attack key infrastructure if war breaks out, MPs were told yesterday.

Defence minister Al Carns said Vladimir Putin's forces are developing military capabilities to target underwater technology, with the help of ships such as the Yantar.
