KAPSER TELLS DANES TO GET A LOT BETTER

And the Danes’ boss Brian Riemer admits the Hampden decider could be more difficult than ever due to a sickness bug plaguing his camp.

Scotland will qualify for the World Cup for the first time in 28 years if Steve Clarke's side can beat Schmeichel and Co.

Denmark would have clinched qualification at the weekend had they managed to beat a Belarus side they hammered 6-0 away just last month.

But they fell to a 2-2 draw which let Scotland off the hook - despite themselves stumbling to a 3-2 defeat in Athens.

Veteran Celtic keeper Schmeichel insisted: “It is not easy to win games at this level and you should not underestimate your opponent.

“We had beaten Belarus 6-0 last month and before the game I said in the dressing room that we shouldn't think it would be easy.
