HE will be forever known as one of Hollywood's most chilling baddies thanks to that torture scene in Reservoir Dogs.

Dancing to Stealers Wheel’s Stuck in the Middle with You, his psychopathic Mr Blonde cuts off a cop’s ear and douses him in petrol.

But hopes of more thrilling performances ended yesterday after the actor was found unresponsive at his Malibu home, at the age of 67.

His manager Ron Smith said cardiac arrest was the apparent cause.

During a 40-year career, he notched up more than 300 credits stretching from the early 1980s.
