Stars on what's next for soap favourites

I think Emmerdale fans are glad that RobRon are back together again

EVER since Robert Sugden returned to Emmerdale in May, RobRon fans have been longing for him and Aaron Dingle to be an official couple again.

And finally, after months of drama, Robert and Aaron agreed last night to give their relationship a proper go, but on the quiet.

“You want me, I want you,” they said as they made a pact to keep their couple status a secret for now.

Actors Danny Miller, 34, who plays Aaron, and Ryan Hawley, 40, who plays Robert, sat down with us to talk about the momentous event, following the exit of Aaron's serial killer husband John Sugden.

Danny said: “They are finally together! When I got the script, I must admit I was thrown at how quick it happened after John.

“Anyone in their right mind would probably think it's best to stay out of relationships but this is a soap and, at the heart of it, Aaron and Robert know they are the love of each other's lives and is there any point waiting around?”
